At 2:30PM on Monday, August 6th, join volunteers from the Portland Solidarity Network at N. Fremont St. and N. Albina Ave. to deliver a letter demanding that a greedy landlord return a stolen deposit. We will be marching to the offices of a local landlord who is unfairly refusing to return a former resident’s deposit. The delivery of a demand letter is the first step in a new campaign being undertaken in solidarity with a fellow tenant. The more people that come out and show their support, the stronger the message we send! Previous demand letter deliveries have attracted upwards of forty people.
