Calling all Anarchists to attend the November 2nd march in solidarity with Oakland and in retaliation against recent police violence

Calling all anarchists to join the anti-authoritarian bloc during the solidarity with Oakland march on November 2nd. It will begin at Terry Shrunk park, the meeting area for occupy Portland, with a rally at 4:30. The march will take off at 5:30. This march is an act of solidarity with the Oakland general strike. It is in solidarity with Scott Olsen, a member of occupy Oakland who suffered a skull fracture after being shot in the head by a police projectile during a demonstration on Oct.25th. This march is also a demonstration of resistance to police violence in Portland, including the recent arrests of 25 people during occupy Portland’s expansion into Jamison Square park. This march is expected to have hundreds of participants, so let’s make sure we have a huge militant bloc to go with it.
