“Non-profit working group” of Occupy Portland
meeting Monday Jan 9th, 7pm, St. Francis, 1131 SE Oak St.

They will discuss Occupy Portland incorporating as a non-profit.
Or creating a separate corporate entity to fund Occupy Portland.

This idea seems to keep coming back!!!

Incorporating means adopting a hierarchical structure approved by the state: a board of directors and corporate officers (president, treasurer, etc.)
