Hello my Friends,
Tomorrow at 4 pm at the Tin Pan Theater in Bend, OR, you are invited to a
presentation on the fight against the Athabasca Tar Sands and Northern
Gateway Pipeline. Our friends from the Deep Green Resistance are
traveling to northern Cascadia to join the 3rd annual action camp in the
Wet’suwet’en land, see here:

I know 4pm is still work time for some folks, but if you can make it down
by 6pm, you can join our secret after party sockeye-bake and continue to
talk and learn. This is a direct assault on Cascadia and our Athabascan
neighbors, so now is the time to keep it real!

Please bring DONATIONS: tents, rope, white gas fuel, climbing gear, tarps,
dried/canned food, coffee, money, and anything else useful in a
backcountry camp.
The Unis’tot’en and Wet’suwet’en First Nations have blockaded the pathway
of a proposed pipeline (actually 5 pipelines collectively called The
Northern Gateway) from the Tar Sands out to the BC coast, and have asked
for activists to attend an action camp in early August to support the
blockade.
This is Cascadian solidarity where it counts.
